Responsibilities: Partner with customers to deliver on strategic enhancements for our valued clients. Harness expertise in prompt engineering, robust AI frameworks, and secure coding practices. Deliver innovative solutions for customers. Conduct research and work closely with key decision-makers to understand customer business processes. Provide hands-on support from concept through deployment to deliver practical solutions. Architect, develop, and maintain Generative AI Agents and plugins. Provide technical leadership and solutions, driving success from initial concept to production deployment. Build innovative Generative AI features to help customers automate tasks and processes. Develop strong relationships with customers and their leadership to maximize the value and efficiency of their applications. Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development, Generative AI, and relevant technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI solutions into existing systems. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant software engineering experience, including but not limited to Python. At least 1 year of practical experience leveraging Generative AI to build automation and agents. Strong prompt engineering skills and experience with Generative AI frameworks. Ability to identify innovative ways to enhance customer impact by using our AI. Strong project management skills. Must work from the customer location on a daily basis, with a willingness to travel as needed. Department of Defense Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
