POSITION SUMMARY: As an analyst for the Tommy North America Ecommerce team, this position will identify opportunities and recommend tactics to drive demand and conversion. This role will support the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, and will assist with analyzing trends, navigating large data sets from different sources, and constructing scenario models based on the rapidly developing needs of the business. The role requires a detailed, efficient, and strategic thinker who possesses a hands-on approach with analysis, excelling in data visualization and presentation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Analyze online sales data to identify trends and patterns to help improve performance, engagement and conversion. Generate and share dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable the Ecommerce team to drive business decisions and strategies. Own the data analysis and reporting for the Tommy Canada website, and/or other segments of the TH North America eCommerce business as directed by the Senior Manager. Analyze competitive insights and benchmarks, to design and drive optimization plans within the Ecommerce team. Support cross-functional teams by building and maintaining consistent dashboard models around site search, shopping page optimization, site personalization, user journeys and A/B testing initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree 0-2 years in data analytics 1+ years of E-commerce experience is a plus but not required Understand of retail math and E-commerce KPI application, digital sales and traffic behavior Adept and comfortable working with large data sets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Skilled at translating data analyses into actionable business opportunities Experience with independently learning new systems and software Advanced Microsoft Office products

Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint (Intermediate+) Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Logical and thoughtful in approach and influential in presenting solution options Team player with strong collaboration skills Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or become critical Must be a self-starter who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be detail oriented and highly organized The Company will not sponsor applicants to this position for work visas or any other work permits.
