We are seeking a proactive, analytically driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise FP&A team. In this high-impact role, you'll support enterprise-wide planning, reporting, and decision support while serving as a strategic finance partner to teams across the organization. You'll be expected to bring a strong command of core finance principles, with the ability to connect the dots between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Understanding how financial levers affect short- and long-term outcomes is essential. Equally important is your ability to communicate insights clearly, collaborate across functions, and apply a thoughtful, business-minded approach to analysis. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll support core FP&A functions while helping shape the financial strategy and performance narrative for the enterprise. Responsibilities include: Forecast Consolidation & Financial Planning Lead and support the consolidation of enterprise-wide forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment across business units and corporate objectives. Maintain and improve planning processes grounded in financial rigor and operational relevance, incorporating key business drivers into forecast assumptions. Apply a complete view of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to produce integrated, actionable financial plans. Periodic Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including dashboards, variance analysis, and KPI performance summaries. Deliver timely, accurate insights that inform leadership decisions, support accountability, and reflect an understanding of the full financial picture. Communicate complex results with clarity and consideration across a variety of stakeholder levels. Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for initiatives ranging from growth strategy to cost optimization. Partner strategically with cross-functional teamsincluding operations, HR, IT, and business leadershipto frame problems, test assumptions, and deliver high-quality recommendations. Demonstrate ownership and follow-through, producing thoughtful, reliable analysis that supports business priorities and long-term value creation. Technology, Innovation & Visualization Drive finance transformation by leveraging AI capabilities to enhance predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and automated insights generation. Utilize data analytics and engineering to design and implement scalable data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, accessible data for financial analysis. Create and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards that integrate AI-driven insights and real-time data analytics, enabling proactive, data-driven decision-making. Seek out and implement innovative solutions, such as machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical models, to improve forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and accessibility of financial insights. Cooperating in the building and maintenance of data engineering solutions, such as ETL processes and data pipelines, to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational datasets. Systems Expertise Utilize Oracle EPM tools (e.g., EPBCS, PBCS, Hyperion) to support enterprise planning and reporting cycles. Collaborate with system administrators and IT partners to drive enhancements, ensure data integrity, and streamline processes. Act as a knowledgeable resource to finance and business users, supporting ongoing system training and optimization. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or certification ideal 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance, ideally in a large, complex organization A solid understanding of core financial statements and how the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow interconnect to inform financial strategy Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong experience building and explaining financial models Proficiency with Oracle EPM systems and Power BI dashboard design, development, and storytelling Experience with AI tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, or similar for financial modeling and data analysis) Clear and effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders at all levels A collaborative, curious, and accountable mindset; capable of working independently and navigating ambiguity with confidence Strong sense of strategic partnershipeager to engage with business leaders, understand operational drivers, and help shape financial outcomes Why Join Us
