Global Dimensions is hiring Motion GEOINT Analysts to join our team in McLean, Virginia. Location: McLean, VA Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI In this role, you'll work in a dynamic 24/7/365 environment, delivering real-time analysis of Motion GEOINT data and full-motion video. This position is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced settings and are driven to support real-world operations. What You'll Do:
Provide real-time video exploitation Work with Motion GEOINT, including IR, SAR, LiDAR, multi- and hyper-spectral imagery Deliver exploitation comments in real-time (touch-typing ?32 wpm, 90% accuracy) Create storyboards, vehicle-follows, and 360 graphics Analyze current and historical imagery to support intelligence needs Produce standard/custom NGA imagery products and mission briefs Collaborate across NGA, NSG, ASG, and other intelligence teams Archive and disseminate according to NGA guidelines What You Bring:
Active TS/SCI clearance Minimum 3+ years of post school intel analysis experience OR bachelor's degree + intel training (Preferred) Motion GEOINT analysis experience and high-tempo ops familiarity Strong GEOINT tradecraft and analytical skills Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to mission success High attention to data integrity and operational security Initial Training Includes: MITIL (Motion Imagery Tradecraft Intermediate-Level) course 10-day orientation & fundamentals Up to 90 days structured on-the-job training Whether you're a recent intel school grad or a seasoned analyst looking to specialize, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a mission-driven environment.
