Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to help provide oversight of the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Markets change portfolio. Partner with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Provide governance oversight of Markets change-the-bank portfolio Support new work intake, prioritization, and annual investment planning processes Analyze front-to-back technology capacity to changing strategic priorities Create executive reporting for various forums and requirements Help define and enforce portfolio management standards and procedures Assist with designing and implementing future state tooling and processes Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience working within Capital Markets or financial services Experience consulting with internal clients and business Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and data management skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Self-starter, ability to work independently and deploy problem solving skills to drive outcomes Collaborative partner with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills Strong budgeting and forecasting skills Experience presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership Power BI experience Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Job Expectations:

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Charlotte, NC: $87K - $140K New York, NY: $104K - $168K Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
