We are looking for a Manager (System Implementation & Operational Support) for a Japanese IT company. Client: Information Technology company Working Location: Hybrid, New York (NY) - office 2 days a week Employment Type: Full-time, exempt Salary: 100-130k (Annual salary range) Benefit: TBC Language: English, Japanese language skills would be great but not required Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Project management experience Non-Japanese vendor management experience Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team Strong leadership skills Collaborates well with team and project members Ability to work well with a team as well as individually Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
