Mission-Driven Care Competitive Pay & Full Benefits Supportive & Inclusive Team Environment Key Responsibilities: Assist providers (Physicians & Nurse Practitioners) with direct patient care Interview patients and record vital signs, medical history, and concerns Conduct screenings and administer vaccines/injections Perform basic phlebotomy (drawing blood) Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments Maintain exam room cleanliness, supplies, and equipment Respond to patient phone calls and messages Accurately enter information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) Provide care to both adult and pediatric patients What You'll Need: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (Required) Active CPR certification (Required) 1+ year of experience in community health or private practice preferred Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems strongly preferred Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work with individuals of all backgrounds and experiences Our Commitment to You: Insurance Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Retirement: 403(b) with 3% Employer Match Time Off: PTO + 10 Paid Holidays Culture: Inclusive, mission-driven, and values-led team The HealthCare Connection is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
