The Sales Lead position at Russelectric, A Siemens Business, reports to the Head of Sales and Business Development and is responsible for developing specifications with end-users, engineers, and contractors to achieve order volume targets. The ideal candidate should be an experienced team-builder and motivator with a strong background in electrical equipment solutions and data-driven sales operations. This role focuses on driving top-line and EBITDA growth through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of direct sales strategies. The position requires consistent support from accounts to deliver profitable growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Working closely with product management, quotations, and project management teams, the Sales Lead will facilitate effective communication of product solutions and value propositions to ensure successful execution. You will make an impact with the following responsibilities: Lead system & product specification and solution sales activities in the territory to meet the order intake budget and other financial goals Demonstrate successful execution of all customer-facing business strategies for products and services Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic goals Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with other team members Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to setting up respective product developments, projects or services programs Act as a point of contact with customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical field. 3 plus years' experience with the following: Strong leadership abilities with a results-driven approach, including the skill to influence, empower, and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels Exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a persuasive and credible style Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities to drive strategic decision-making Comprehensive functional and technical expertise, particularly in sales budgeting and Customer Relationship Management Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across management levels while advising and guiding interdisciplinary teams Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrical equipment solutions Prior engineering experience Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
