Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, the role will perform a variety of tasks including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic support. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams both inside and outside the Division. Responsibilities:
Apply advanced Excel, SQL, and/or Python skills to manipulate data and build scalable models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Build and automate standardized reporting solutions to streamline monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for financial optimization. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear visual stories that support executive decision-making and business performance reviews. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to drive actionable insights across the business unit. Ensure high data integrity by validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and driving consistency in reporting methodologies. Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience working in an FP&A function Team player with strong interpersonal skills Superb analytical/quantitative and communication skills and strong executive presence Strong Excel skills and technical skills are required Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrates thought leadership and manages relationships with business partners Experience with Adaptive Insights, including knowledge of model building and the Excel add-in OfficeConnect highly preferred Beneficial Qualifications:
Experience implementing Enterprise Planning System Experience working in SAP Environmental Factors:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. Occasional travel required as needed This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays. What We Offer:
