Job Description Must be local to GA **THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION** Purpose: The Atlanta Public School System is seeking the services of multiple Field Tech Support Analysts to provide direct first-line desk side support to client schools and administrative locations. Summary: The Field Tech Support Analyst will be assigned to 1 or more schools or locations. The number of assignments will depend on the needs of the district. The Field Tech Support Analyst will provide direct first-line desk side support to the client schools and administrative locations. The Field Tech Support Analyst will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as the troubleshooting of technical problems and the resolution of technical issues.
