Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client's treatment and integrates all facets of our clients' lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs. Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning. The House Manager has overall responsibility for clients living in the residential program during their shift. They will provide direct clinical services for the clients in order to assist with independent living skills, crisis management, and observation of medication compliance. The House Manager will communicate essential client information to their Supervisor, Providers, medical staff, and other residential employees during their shift and at shift change. They will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach. This position offers flexible hours based on the Residential Program needs. The substitute house manager will perform their duties in more than one location as needed. (The working days and hours are variable from week to week) Essential Responsibilities: Work directly with clients regarding case management needs, training in independent living skills, and provide individual/group services or crisis intervention as needed Provide recovery focused clinical services to residential clients to assist with independent living (i.e. personal hygiene, housekeeping skills, nutrition, etc.), with the goal of living in the least restrictive environment for each person. Collaborate with team members, prescribers, and outreach treatment teams to deliver quality service and effective interventions on behalf of the clients. Partner with the transition teams to review and admit clients into the Residential program. Oversee the safe transition of the client into the community. Maintain documentation and charts to ensure compliance with Medicaid, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services (CARF), Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA), funding bodies, and organization standards; i.e. notes, medication logs, safety drills, etc. Document all services provided to clients in electronic health record during shift Plan and facilitate special activities and outings for the clients Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned Qualifications: Valid Illinois Driver's License preferred Must have one of the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
