About the Role: Join the dining team at Centre Avenue as a Dietary Aide, where you'll help create a warm, welcoming mealtime experience for our residents. As a Dietary Aide at Centre Avenue, you will: Serve meals and take food orders with attention to dietary needs and preferences. Assist with meal prep, beverages, and maintaining salad and specialty bars. Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment by clearing tables, washing dishes, and keeping stations tidy. Support residents with specialty dining needs and provide friendly, efficient service. Follow all health and safety guidelines and complete assigned tasks promptly. What We're Looking For: Experience and Education: At least 16 years of age. At least one month of applicable experience or training. Skills: Ability to effectively read and interpret documents. Ability to communicate effectively. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to reason and problem solve. Basic technical skills. Attributes: Sanitation and safety awareness. Attention to detail. Compassionate and empathetic. Adaptable. Problem solving. Teamwork. Communication skills. Customer service orientation. Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $15.75/hr.
