This is a non-personal services contract to provide Information Technology (IT) Support Services and uninterrupted, fully-functioning critical system operations to support the US Army Central (USARCENT) mission. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of task order execution, to include staffing, operational approach, delegation of responsibilities, and meeting all deliverables. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management. Oversees target goals, cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Provides oversight, leadership, and mentorship to contract leads ensuring cross team continuity and efficiency. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Will utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical/programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents. Will ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff. Pro-active in developing and implementing Government approved strategies that significantly reduce network/system risk. Clearly communicate all issues to the customer to meet the required satisfaction standards and actively monitor the customer's satisfaction. Supervisory Duties

Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of IT professionals. Performance Management: Setting performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching. Talent Development: Identifying training needs, developing training plans, and providing opportunities for professional growth. Staffing: Hiring and onboarding new team members, as well as managing terminations and reassignments. Team Building: Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members. Administrative: Manage all aspects of the G6 program, to include reviewing/approving timesheets, conducting employee yearly evals, personnel management, etc. Qualifications

Education, Background, and Years of Experience Top Secret At least 2 years experience with systems administration, systems analysis, systems management, networks management, cybersecurity, and service desk operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills Experience managing unclassified and classified systems/networks. Experience working with and supporting Army Leadership/users. Experience with focus on the cost, schedule, and performance of the program. Experience with how the DoD/Army runs and conducts business. Experience responding to and expeditiously resolving system availability disruptions and maintaining continuity of operations through ITIL processes. Working Conditions

Environmental Conditions Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Strength Demands Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
