As a member of a leading US Banks Quality Engineering team, you will be performing Quality Engineer responsibilities including design and implementation of Automated and Manual Test Solutions. Your future duties and responsibilities include: Lead overall test deliverables of assigned project from inception to deployment. Create and maintain Selenium Automation suites based on Java programming and Object oriented concepts. Build and maintain API automation suits using Karate or similar framework. Test End to End API solutions using Postman/SOAP UI/RESTful and Microservices. This role also requires extensive manual testing of applications assigned. Perform in-sprint automation using CI/CD Pipelines for assigned project for all phases of test life cycle along with manual testing when required. Should have good exposure in creating simple to medium SQL queries. As a member of agile team, participate in all ceremonies, scrum calls, demos and planning sessions. Maintain constant communication with BAs, LOB and other project members including global delivery teams. Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: 7+ years of experience with Selenium/Cucumber/BDD framework with In-sprint automation. Must also be proficient in Manual Testing of Web applications. Must have GUI and Webservices automation testing with Karate/Similar Framework. Experience with Postman/SOAP UI/RESTful to develop manual and automated end to end test suites for APIs. Excellent in Java programming and Object oriented concepts. Should have experience with Git/Bitbucket and Maven/Jenkins to manage automation suite. Experience with Microservices testing is preferred. Should have good exposure in creating simple to medium SQL queries. Candidate should be excellent in testing process, defect management and other aspects Quality Engineering Life Cycle. Good hands-on experience in Developing Test Artifacts and Automation Summary reports. Good exposure to agile testing process. Should have excellent communication skill to interact with BAs and LOB. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900 - $137,100.
