All-Source Analyst (Intel Mission Management)

Ennoble First is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support Intel Mission Management (IMM) functions at the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). This position plays a vital role in driving intelligence collection, analysis, and operational integration to address global cyber threats and support strategic and tactical decision-making. The analyst will ensure alignment between tactical cyber missions and national-level strategic objectives and guide intelligence support to Cyber Mission Forces (CMF), Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C), and the Cyber National Mission Force Headquarters (CNMF-HQ). Primary responsibilities include: Conduct all-source analysis using intelligence from multiple disciplines including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT). Develop and manage intelligence collection strategies and plans in support of USCYBERCOM operational and strategic objectives. Coordinate, validate, and submit formal Cyber Intelligence requirements and Requests for Information (RFIs) through United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) to the Intelligence Community (IC). Manage collection alignment and mission synchronization for CMF, JFHQ-C, CNMF-HQ, and the National Security Agency (NSA), in accordance with SIGINT authorities. Participate in strategic planning through Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) to deconflict joint collection efforts and intelligence gaps. Use government intelligence databases and tools such as Coliseum, HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR), National HUMINT Requirements Tasking Center (NHRTC), and Open Source Collection Acquisition Requirements - Management System (OSCAR-MS). Serve as subject matter expert in the use of GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) to manage collection portfolios. Maintain and update Command Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Provide collection management guidance and coordination across Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms for both organic and non-organic assets. Support mission alignment by validating and deconflicting time-sensitive collection requirements across mission partners. Minimum education/experience requirements include: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph. Expertise in all-source collection management tools, systems, and processes. Deep understanding of USCYBERCOM mission, organizational structure, and subordinate commands. Experience with intelligence planning, ISR processes, and interagency coordination. Strong writing, briefing, and organizational skills. Desired skills include: Master's degree in a relevant field. Previous USCYBERCOM experience Graduate of a certified Department of Defense (DoD) or IC training program. Direct experience working with NSA, USSTRATCOM, or other national-level IC organizations. Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), including ICD 503, 704, and 731. Pay range: $105,000-$130,000 Ennoble First is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
