Lead Business Aligned Finance Analyst
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Aligned Finance Analyst to support the Consumer Auto Lending balance sheet and revenue forecasting process. While providing key support for the portfolio, this role will serve as a liaison to multiple partner teams. In this role, you will: Lead targeted efforts including guiding other teammates through balance sheet and revenue forecasting for Consumer Auto lending while coordinating with multiple stakeholders Provide strategic financial advice and guidance
working with business partners to develop, size and reflect strategic initiatives in the balance sheet and revenue forecast Drive analytics and make recommendations to provide management with meaningful insight into underlying impacts of balance and revenue trends Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with appropriate skepticism to review, challenge and enhance current processes; take ownership to execute Drive business and/or finance initiatives while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, establish controlled processes, and support ongoing strategic initiatives and process improvements Help build strong relationships and partner closely with teammates and other key stakeholders, including line of business, Corporate Finance, Corporate Enterprise Risk Group, and Risk Modeling Group to drive results and execute deliverables Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Previous experience working with asset/liability management or balance sheet forecasting, developing financial projections, and establishing financial goals Previous Auto or other Consumer Lending experience Strong knowledge of financial products with the ability to make the connections between business drivers, balance sheet and P&L impacts Track record of strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, critical thinking with a willingness to engage in continuous process improvement Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to senior leaders across the organization to create understanding and influence decisions Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, develop innovative solutions, build effective partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to work independently, be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, and take on new challenges Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
