A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Job Duties:

Gather functional and non-functional requirements, undertake project planning and management activities. Design Technical and Solution Architecture. Make solution recommendations considering scope, budget, timelines, resource availability and other such considerations. Be responsible for solution design, configuration, and customization of SAP products. Technical analysis and documentation of SAP systems. Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services. Suggest solutions to business team based on Industry standards and best practices. Provide guidance and framework on testing strategy and end-user documentation. Remain knowledgeable with current and future technologies and providing recommendations as needed to meet corporate IT objectives based on a detailed cost analysis. Participate in New Product Introduction processes to ensure that technical systems adhere to business and industry requirements. Working closely with IT System Analysts and business super users to capture, document, and verify the requirements of the project stakeholders. Lead a team of internal and third-party technology professionals including functional consultants and developers focused on building high quality applications. Work closely with business and IT to provide application support and continuous improvements for the applications that are already in production and used extensively for day-to-day operations. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide critical support so that all transactions flow within systems smoothly. Build end to end scalable and seamless SAP solutions which satisfy user requirements, are audit and SOX compliant and provide cost savings to the company. Build rich and intuitive User interface (UI) using Salesforce Lightning Web Components for Varian's Sales, Services, SaaS and eCommerce platforms. Special Requirements:

Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following: Expert level knowledge in SAP configuration and development Deep expertise in SAP architecture and landscape. Knowledge of Salesforce and related integration platforms. Experience with project management and systems implementation methodologies. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP HCM and its integration with SAP Business partner function Rate of Pay:
