Air Operations Wargaming Specialist
Support headquarters Air Force wargaming as part of a collaborative planning team focused on the design, development, and execution of rapid-turn, small-scale wargames, Tabletop Exercises (TTXs), and related events. Inform Air Force senior leader decision-making. Contribute to scenario development, analytic framing, and post-event synthesis to ensure actionable insights. Engage with stakeholders across the Air Force to align wargame objectives with strategic priorities. Basic Qualifications: Experience with the Air Force, including working with headquarters and MAJCOM, or working at the O-3 or O-4 level Experience with operational planning, or planning and executing wargames such as Title 10, operational-level wargames, TTXs, and computer-based games TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Our projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
