We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Installed Base Coordinator to support our Spare Parts Team. This role will assist in the creation of initial Spare Parts Lists for new sites, manage Installed Base (IB) data integrity and coordinate with Third-Party Suppliers. Key Responsibilities Spare Parts List & Installed Base Activities Develop a preliminary Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL). Request and manage third-party supply information. Review 'As Engineered' Installed Base and update with third-party supply items. Perform data validation to ensure completeness of Installed Base (IB) as it relates to Spare Parts. Upload spare parts data into the IB and release post-validation. Run Purchase Order (PO) inquiries using Hubble. Identify Vanderlande Item Numbers and manage requests for items that need to be created. Maintain item control and submit item requests as needed. Request a filled-out Project Procurement Parts List (BOM & quotation) from third-party suppliers. Create a scoped checklist detailing the third-party spare parts scope. Check if existing data is present in IB to prevent duplication. Assist in compiling and submitting purchase overviews using the "Need to Know" checklist. Track and document all third-party Recommended Spare Par. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in spare parts management, procurement, or operations coordination. Strong skills in Excel and data validation practices. Customer service experience. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with ERP or CMMS tools (e.g., Maximo, Hubble, Oracle JD Edwards-E1). Experience with Installed Base (IB) data structures. Knowledge of material handling parts. Knowledge of item master data management and part number identification.
