ANSER is seeking an Execution Integrator to support the INDOPACOM J44 Engineering Division. In this key role, you will provide subject matter expertise in the areas of contracting, engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical), design, and construction (project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, construction management, quality assurance, project budget management). Day To Day Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of project complexity, feasibility, and timelines. Conduct technical analyses of project sequencing, bundling, schedules/timelines, identify optimal acquisition strategies to expedite project timelines, identify critical path items and strategies to mitigate issues, develop ways to expedite project schedules to achieve reduced project timelines. Coordinate across J44 Branches, J-Directorates, with DCAs and Components, Joint Staff, OSD, JRM, JTF-Micronesia, LNOs, forward J44 LNOs, DLA, TRANSCOM, Army Missile Defense, MDA, etc to ensure informed, coordinated, deconflicted, synchronized project execution. Develop execution briefings for various audience levels. Provide support to, and back-up for, the Strategic Execution Branch Chief, Posture Management, and J44 Engineering Division leadership. Support the J441 (Ops, Plans, and Exercises), J446 (Development & Controls), and Knowledge Management branches. Complete pre-award tasks for development of projects across the INDOPACOM AOR. Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) that are complete and are evaluated for technical information that reduces risk of modification after award. Monitor contract award process for multiple projects simultaneously. Execute post-award contract management for multiple projects. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similarly related discipline. Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI. 4+ years of relevant experience with a focus in the areas of civil, structural, mechanical or electrical engineering, design and construction. Prior experience as a contracting officer's representative (COR). Demonstrated familiarity with and understanding of design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) contracts, firm fixed price (FFP), and cost-plus (CP) contracts. Prior experience with, or having worked for, a DoD design and construction agent (DCA). Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience completing analysis of project complexity, feasibility, and timelines. History of applied technical analyses of project sequencing, bundling, schedules/timelines, identifying optimal acquisition strategies to expedite project timelines, identifying critical path items and strategies to mitigate issues. Direct experience coordinating multiple functions at Major Command or higher level. Experience coordinating with external agencies and organizing/planning requirements and execution. Developing execution briefings for various audience levels. Demonstrated experience in evaluating requirements and to support future operations and exercise requirements.
