T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that will be responsible for driving the vision, design, and product roadmap for our in-store RMN screens in a fast-paced and multidimensional environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in both the ad-tech and out-of-home or retail media industries, leading cross-functional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap. This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your lead teams with Sales, Operations and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting vendors. Responsibilities: Lead a complex, widely used, highly transparent, advertising product end-to-end. This includes creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision, capabilities, and requirements. Partner with internal collaborators and business Leadership to understand and implement strategy, identify and assemble product opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines, ensure successful product delivery and meet revenue goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large organization and outside vendors to deliver new product features, improvements and updates. Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership. This includes regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven findings. Supervise key product metrics and performance indicators, and iterate on features to optimize results. Recognize and communicate technical challenges to partners and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and collaborators concerning prioritization and timelines. Conduct market research, capture user feedback, and analyze data to find opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Qualifications and Education: Digital-out-of-home (DOOH) or Retail Media experience Video/CTV or video ad experience strongly preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) preferred Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required) Proven ability in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment. (Required) 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. (Required) Agile Methodologies Known to work in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams. Solid understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development. Technical Writing Strong elicitation requirements, and validated writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Deep technical understanding of the digital advertising industry, technologies and components. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to optimally collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners. Analytical mentality with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions. Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. Product Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. Communication Proven track record to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. Business Analysis Strong with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions. At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
