Generative Ai Engineer
We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join our fast-paced and innovative AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, and deployment via AWS SageMaker and Bedrock. Youll work with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that improve user experiences and business outcomes across enterprise platforms. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for real-world applications. Implement RAG pipelines by integrating vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch). Perform LLM fine-tuning and prompt optimization for domain-specific use cases. Build and manage AI workflows on AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and other cloud-native services. Develop clean, scalable, and reusable code using Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Transformers). Collaborate with data engineers and MLOps teams to prepare and process training datasets. Integrate Gen AI models into enterprise platforms through APIs and microservices. Optimize model inference performance, cost, and security in production environments. Continuously evaluate emerging tools and models (e.g., Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.) for integration opportunities. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, etc.). Proficiency in Python, including frameworks like PyTorch, Transformers, and Lang Chain. Experience with RAG systems, including retrieval strategies, embeddings, and semantic search. Hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs using Hugging Face, LoRA, or PEFT techniques. Strong familiarity with AWS AI/ML stack: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions. Knowledge of prompt engineering, embedding generation, and vector database integration. Exposure to deploying Gen AI models in containerized environments (Docker, EKS/ECS). Familiarity with security and governance for LLM-based systems (e.g., PII filtering, access control). Experience using AWS Bedrock to deploy foundational models like Claude, Titan, or Command R. Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, or MLOps workflows for LLMs. Understanding of Responsible AI principles and bias/fairness evaluation in AI systems. Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600.00 - $146,900.00.
