Cyber Operations Analyst - Journeyman
Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Cyber Operations Analyst - Journeyman to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and executing cyber operation plans, aligning them with objectives and risk management. Works with intelligence and cyber defense teams to integrate capabilities into broader strategies. Contributes to policy development, negotiates agreements, and implements cybersecurity processes. Coordinates with stakeholders, supervises and mentors cyber planners, ensures policy compliance, and conducts audits to assess program effectiveness. Leads strategic and operational planning efforts to integrate cyber defense into broader mission frameworks. Coordinates with various teams to align cyber defense strategies with broader defense objectives, assess risks to operations, and develop contingency plans to maintain mission success. Supports 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments as required. Qualifications Required: 4-9 years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS. Desired: Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional. CASP+ - CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner. CISM - Certified Information Security Manager. Certification Requirements: IAT Level 2 or higher. Clearance: TS/SCI.
