As a Project Manager for Capital One's Retail Construction Organization, you will be in a diverse role that will leverage your Project Management, Process Management and Process Engineering skills. You will be developing new processes, improving current processes, and leading the governance of select Program Management Office's (PMO) policies and procedures. Drive and complete the work needed to assure Retail Construction policy and procedures are well managed, certified and audit ready Identify, evaluate and complete projects that improve processes and reduce risks across the PMO and Retail Construction space Govern and document work adherence to established standards and audit-able criteria Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive efficiency, risk mitigation and process adherence Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments Identify ways to improve and streamline business process Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands Display strong consulting and collaboration skills Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience At least 3 Years Project and Process Management experience At least 2 Years Process Engineering experience Preferred Qualifications

Masters / MBA degree 1+ years of Retail or Commercial Construction Experience PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $117,300 - $133,900 for Principal Project Manager New York, NY: $128,000 - $146,100 for Principal Project Manager Richmond, VA: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Project Manager Wilmington, DE: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
