Position Summary: The Manager of Marketing Communications will support and execute our external and internal communications strategy across PR, investor relations, marketing content, and executive messaging. This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone with excellent writing and editorial skills, a strong understanding of public company communications, and experience crafting cohesive narratives across media platforms and investor audiences. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, leadership team, and external partners to ensure consistency in brand voice and alignment with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Draft and manage a wide range of communications: press releases, shareholder letters, executive remarks, media pitches, and internal updates. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on campaign messaging and editorial calendars. Serve as a key resource for executive team communications and key milestone messaging. Public Relations Support media outreach, manage inbound press inquiries, and build media lists and journalist relationships. Coordinate the development and distribution of press materialsensuring they are accurate, on-brand, and strategically timed. Assist in developing company spokesperson materials including Q&A prep, briefing docs, and talking points. Investor Relations & Compliance Messaging Draft and edit investor-facing materials, including earnings call scripts, investor decks, shareholder letters, and regulatory announcements. Support compliance with SEC/NASDAQ guidelines and public company communications norms, working with legal and IR consultants to ensure accuracy and alignment. Maintain investor FAQs, message consistency, and escalation procedures for public information. Brand Voice & Content Development Help refine and maintain brand voice across platforms and materialsfrom web and social to executive and investor messaging. Collaborate on content strategy, ensuring strong alignment between brand, business goals, and compliance needs. Contribute to blog content, newsletters, and social campaigns to support thought leadership and engagement. Event Support & Industry Engagement Assist in planning and preparing for key industry events, trade shows, and investor conferences. Coordinate briefing documents, speaker remarks, and post-event follow-ups. Support external visibility for aircraft milestones and corporate announcements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field. MBA preferred but not required. Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced mobility is a strong advantage. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and IR platforms (e.g., Q4, Intrado) is helpful.
