We are a high-growth beauty brand preparing for an exciting launch into a major retailer this year. This position will play an integral role in bringing our brand to life across retail environments through compelling, on-brand displays, point-of-sale materials, and merchandise. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a sharp eye for design detail, and a deep understanding of retail and merchandising trends. As Visual Merchandising Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of all rhode retail displays and merchandising collateral. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets rhode's brand standards. This role is best suited for someone who is self-starting, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment. What You'll Do

Oversee the development and execution of displays, collateral, and merchandise from concept to deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to bring projects to life. Build and maintain a master calendar for all retail launches and merchandising initiatives. Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution and visibility across stakeholders. Own weekly status updates and provide clear communication to internal teams. Research, track, and propose materials, display trends, and creative innovations in retail. Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with retailer specs and brand standards. Analyze the effectiveness of display programs and report insights to inform future strategy. Conduct yearly reviews of merchandise and collateral for phase-outs and new opportunities. Manage vendor relationships including performance, pricing, and service evaluations to optimize sourcing strategy. To Be Successful

Thrives in a hybrid work setting and values in-person team collaboration. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in retail display or merchandising. Proficient in project management software. Based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite 3 days/week. Passionate about beauty, design, and building rhode into a household name. Other Details for Consideration

Location of position: Los Angeles, California. In-office requirement: at least 3 days a week. Reports to: VP of Global Sales.
