Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities: Be a trusted HR advisor, guiding leaders and employees on policies, benefits, compensation, and talent strategies Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) while proactively addressing HR challenges Take the lead on labor relations, including grievance resolution and contract interpretation Coach and develop leadership on performance management and organizational effectiveness strategies Design and execute innovative staffing strategies to attract top talent at all levels Drive initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement Manage multiple HR projects with agility and minimal supervision Use data-driven insights to shape HR strategies and make meaningful business impacts Human Resources Business Partner Requirements: 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a unionized environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field Previous HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus!
