Responsibilities: Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to optimize acquisition product experiences, providing a data-driven, objective perspective that aligns cross-functional teams on performance against key goals. Execute against an acquisition analytics and experimentation roadmap for the Commerce Product & Growth teams, deriving insights that drive impact for the business Work within large datasets to interpret trends and turn those into sound recommendations Maintain, update, and distribute actionable dashboards or reports to ensure data democratization and informed decision making Partner with Data Engineering teams to identify and enhance data sources Prepare and inform material for senior level executive presentations Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau to curate reporting for cross-functional teams Experience: 4+ years of experience working with analytics engineering and product analytics stack 4+ years of applied experience in acquisition, subscriptions, direct to consumer or media entertainment Proficiency in dimensional modeling and designing datasets for business analytics use cases, preferably within Databricks Advanced SQL skills for analytics and data analysis (Python or R.) Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets Experience in defining data collection and measurement requirements Desired Characteristics: Curious and passionate about democratizing data access and scalability Possess a growth mindset and see failure as a necessary step towards advancing learning Collaborative and skilled in working across teams to align insights and technical solutions with business objectives Additional Requirements: Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
