Systems Data Administrator - Onsite
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Systems Data Administrator! This position is an Onsite Role in Anchorage, AK. This is starting out as a contract position running through December 2025 with strong potential to extend longer or convert to FTE. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Data Administrator to support the development, execution, and data entry of a comprehensive preventative and ongoing maintenance software program. This role will work closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure that all facilities are in the system with proper parent-child relationships established so maintenance activities are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently across our operational assets, including trailers, tanks, pumps, motors, facility assets, and aviation equipment. Ensure that all OEM manuals, design drawings, reports, and other documentation is uploaded to the proper asset. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager to design and implement a structured preventative maintenance (PM) program. Create and implement a systems buildout for (CMS) reflective of the vehicle maintenance program (VMS) within EAM. Maintain and update the maintenance management system (e.g., VMS, EAM) with accurate work order data, schedules, asset histories, and appropriate asset data to the point of commissioning handover. Generate and distribute system reports outlining upcoming PM tasks, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams. Coordinate with field teams and vendors to schedule inspections, services, and repairs in alignment with operational priorities. Track and document compliance with regulatory maintenance requirements (e.g., AVIR, tank inspections, 49 CFR 180.416 trailer inspections). Support procurement and logistics for maintenance-related materials and services. Assist in analyzing maintenance trends and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Generate a user guide which can be used to train new hires on the systems operations and interface. Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance coordination, asset management, or administrative support in a technical or industrial setting. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and other work management platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar). Familiarity with maintenance management systems and reporting tools (e.g., XML-based reports, EAM dashboards). Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with data-driven tools. Knowledge of regulatory standards related to equipment maintenance is a plus. Preferred Attributes
