Counterintelligence Officer- Threat Assessment & Reporting (Level III)

Position Summary: This CI Officer will support defensive counterintelligence (CI) activities within NGA by providing analytical and investigative services in support of national security objectives. The officer will contribute to the prevention of foreign intelligence threats, support ongoing risk assessments, and develop intelligence products to assist operational and strategic decision-making. Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct defensive CI activities in support of NGA's mission Perform research to evaluate intelligence, terrorism, and espionage threats to NGA programs, personnel, and infrastructure Prepare and disseminate CI analyses to DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and internal NGA stakeholders Publish reports with actionable mitigation and countermeasure recommendations Identify and assess anomalous behavior potentially linked to foreign intelligence activity Alert stakeholders of imminent threats and provide analytical forecasts Support CI assessments related to international agreements and foreign travel Liaise with IC, DoD, and law enforcement partners to maintain awareness of CI trends Conduct tailored threat briefings and foreign travel/contact debriefings for NGA travelers and conference participants Provide CI input to support personnel security risk assessments Write CI Threat Assessments in support of Research & Technology Protection efforts Produce Supply Chain Risk Assessment reports in support of ICD 731 and 503 compliance Produce Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and other formal CI documentation Prepare reports and analysis for CI Incident Assessments and unauthorized disclosure cases Support CI-related assessments tied to Special Access Programs (SAPs) and GEOINT disclosures Participate in interagency CI initiatives, SCRM working groups, and related task forces Required Qualifications:

Minimum seven years of defensive counterintelligence experience (investigations, operations, collections, training, etc.) Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy) Bachelor's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, Political Science, Engineering, or related field Active TS/SCI security clearance Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related discipline Familiarity with CI analytical tools such as M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA, CCD, and TIDE Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense Pay Range: $95,000-$115,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
