The Executive Briefing Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) meetings and events. This position requires strong logistical skills and the ability to work with the executives, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the success of all meetings. This is a dynamic position for someone interested in a career in Marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled in building partnerships, managing logistics, and delivering consistently high-quality experiences. This position is full-time in office. (5-days/week) Key Responsibilities: Be the Go-To contact at Manhattan Associates Reception throughout the day for our external and internal clients. Be the first point of contact for Customers at Manhattan Associates. You set the first impression. Provide concierge-level service to customers, including welcome and escort, troubleshooting tech support, and hospitality coordination Maintain the area's safety and cleanliness. Managing the availability of the conference rooms Answering, screening, and forwarding calls. Personalize signage, and welcome displays. Act as a liaison with vendors and internal support teams (catering, IT team, etc.). Collect engagement details from account teams, including attendee info, catering needs, agenda inputs, and logistics. Ensure meeting rooms are set up with all required materials and A/V tech and refresh as needed throughout the day. Coordinate catering orders, setup/breakdown, cleanup, and procurement tracking. Ensure the EBC and kitchen areas are clean, well-stocked, and visitor ready. Work closely with Facilities to address maintenance or setup issues (e.g., lighting, plants, AV equipment). Responsible for inventory management and tracking, ordering supplies and materials (giveaways, collateral) Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with Facilities, IT, marketing teams, sales, product managers, executives, and executive administrators to streamline briefing processes and ensure alignment. Participate in regular planning meetings to ensure alignment across teams. Lead and support special projects as assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years prior related experience BA/BS from a 4-Year University preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A positive and helpful attitude; enjoys providing excellent customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under fast-paced environment Proficiency with Webex, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Experience working with sales teams and C-level executives is a plus.
