IT User Services Specialist
The IT Support Specialist provides end user support for user's technical and application issues while also supporting the IT Infrastructure and Systems team as necessary. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in office. Responsibilities
Basic Function/Responsibilities: Provide technical support for workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, servers and other IT related systems Create and manage user accounts and access Perform Office 365 and network administration Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures and end-user training Qualifications
Preferred Skills: Office 365 Administration Microsoft Office Active Directory Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Networking
Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Mobile Device Management AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android Requirements: Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users A minimum of two years of experience is required.
