Job Title

Manages the daily operations of the department and serves as the immediate supervisor of the administrative staff. Essential Functions: Oversees the daily operations of the Administrative Assistant staff including: human resource functions, mentoring and training, performance evaluations, formulating and implementing departmental policies, and assigning new or additional responsibilities. Collaborates across boundaries to improve communication and operations of the department. Manages and/or delegates multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful completion. Creates and maintains various schedules including: administrative staff, medical professionals, clinical, and department responsibilities. Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. Business-related or professional development coursework, preferred. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: (not specified) Skills: Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment. Experience: Three years administrative experience, required. Two years of office management or supervisory experience, preferred. Experience in a healthcare, preferred.
