Managing Air Force personnel systems (MILPDS, vMPF, BLSDM, myFSS) IT hardware accountability and technical support Running system reports and data analysis Communicating with external organizations for system access Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Experience: 2+ years of IT support experience Skills: Hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration basics, security protocols and compliance, system administration Systems Expertise: Must have experience with or ability to quickly learn: MILPDS (Military Personnel Data System), vMPF (Virtual Military Personnel Flight), BLSDM (Base Level Service Delivery Module), myFSS systems Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance Required Certifications: Security+ certification (recommended, may accept waiver with training requirement), Must obtain OBIEE and MILPDS training within 6 months if not already certified Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with military personnel systems, DoD 8570 compliance certifications
