The Role Arine is seeking to expand our sales organization with the addition of an experienced VP of National Accounts. Our platform combines bleeding edge AI technology with unmatched clinical expertise to deliver better healthcare for all. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated, self-driven and talented individual with a passion for improving lives. What You'll Be Doing You will become an expert on Arine's platform and value proposition in the first 3 months You will take ownership of a defined regional territory and own the sales process building pipeline from prospecting to final contracting You'll be consultative in your approach to convert customer vision into actionable account strategies, closing multi year contracts for 5 new logos in your first 12 months Identify big innovative ideas to solve issues that provide long-term value to your clients You will develop and cultivate strong relationships with leadership at health plans, assess market opportunities to prioritize potential customers Who You Are and What You Bring A minimum of 10 years in sales leadership with a proven track record of execution, innovation, and passion for growth in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans A record of success in exceeding quota within a hyper-growth technology organization Strong knowledge of health plans and risk bearing provider industry segments including top and bottom-line performance improvement levers Experience building pipeline - identifying, prospecting, and executing large, enterprise deals, and managing long-term client partnerships Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts with executive level client stakeholders Travel and Other Information Travel up to 20-40% Remote Work Requirements An established private work area that ensures information privacy A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work Perks Joining Arine offers you a dynamic role and the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and shape its future. The posted range represents the expected salary for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package (including commission and equity), benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The salary range for this position is: $160,000-190,000/year.
