Wells Fargo is seeking a GenAI Product Manager (Executive Director) to build core GenAI capabilities for the Chief Operating Office. In this role, you will: Drive GenAI products and programs across Chief Operating Office Lead Agentic AI solutions across Chief Operating Office Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers Interact directly with external customers Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 6+ years experience in Product Management, including 2+ years in AI/ML and GenAI. Experience leading GenAI and Agentic AI product development in Fintech or financial institutions. Strong knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), and cloud-native architectures. Proficient with Azure, AWS, GCP (including Vertex AI and ADK Framework). Skilled in AI/ML lifecycle and building compliant, scalable frameworks. Governance & Risk: Familiar with AI governance and model risk management. Understanding of financial services operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Strategic Leadership: Proven success in AI product strategy and innovation at enterprise scale. Ability to communicate AI value to executive leadership. Experience managing product roadmaps and evaluating AI vendors. Collaboration & Influence: Strong leadership and change management in matrixed environments. Effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Job Expectations: Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule). This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
