Virginia Contracting Associate (VCA) certification. Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) certifications. Experience Preferred: Experience with facility computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience working in a customer service environment. Experience with using the Commonwealth of Virginia's procurement system eVA. Experience with writing Scopes of Work (SOW).
