Senior Fleet Integration Analyst

Responsibilities: At V2X, we are making a difference by providing support to programs at NAVAIR. This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition, and sustainment of the Navy's Autonomous Aircraft program. We are looking for a Senior Fleet Integration Analyst to support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs by coordinating functions between the government, contractor project leads and engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution. This position is located on-site in Patuxent River, MD and requires the candidate to have an active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. Key responsibilities include: Working with customers and the warfighter operational community to define gaps, drive requirements, develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps and detailed schedules with regard to fleet integration. Supporting and coordinating technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and reporting team and contract execution/status. Supporting the development of acquisition and technical documentation. Serving as the fleet integration focal point for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test and program execution process. Supporting and providing insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution and recommending modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews. Working with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out year planning for future capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development and integration of advanced capabilities. Analyzing contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Developing, executing, monitoring and reporting status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data. Significant (20-40%) travel is required for this position. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include: Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience: Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms from acquisition community to the operational community. Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries. Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment. Skill: Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills. Other Requirement: Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. Software: Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Technology: Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
