A Project Coordinator's role is to provide administrative and organizational support to project managers and teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The project coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, material acquisition, and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills. Essentially, they bridge the gap between planning and execution, keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities: Scheduling Documentation Communication Administrative Support Problem-solving Education/Qualification: High school diploma and post-secondary education in a related field. Excellent oral & written skills in English. As a condition of employment, successful passing of a Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle report, and Drug Screening are required. Valid unrestricted driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; ability to work independently and hold themselves and their teams accountable, with minimal supervision. Problem-solving and judgment, technical know-how. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
