The Prospect Management Analyst is a strategic partner to Development staff, working collaboratively to design and implement fundraising strategies that drive prospects through the donor cycle. This role provides crucial moves management information, facilitates proactive portfolio development, and ensures a strong and healthy prospect pipeline. The Analyst develops and implements strategies to effectively manage the processes for tracking prospect information in the donor database, maintaining data integrity and consistency to support informed decision-making. Through regular portfolio reviews, pipeline analysis, and strategic counsel, the Prospect Management Analyst empowers fundraisers and Advancement leadership with actionable insights that enhance donor engagement, optimize fundraising performance, and advance institutional priorities. This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and a minimum two (2) years of experience in the prospect development industry, primarily within relationship management. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date. Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in data management & analysis/reporting or experience working in a higher education, academic medicine, or large nonprofit fundraising environment, with exposure to major or principal gift development programs. Commitment to Diversity and Campus Values
