Unit Operations Training Support

BlueForce Inc is seeking a Unit Operations Training Support in support of the Combat Air Forces (CAF) Fighter Squadron (FS), United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) flying units in multiple locations including Hill AFB, UT; Langley AFB, VA; Moody AFB, GA; Nellis AFB, NV; Shaw AFB, SC; and Tyndall AFB, FL. Duties and responsibilities include: Update data in government-mandated systems (e.g. PEX, GTIMS, or similar) and locally developed databases. Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS). Maintain student and permanent party records, folders and grade books, following applicable AFMANs (e.g., 11-202V1, 11-MDS-V1), MAJCOM Installation supplements, and local guidance. Coordinate scheduling of crewmember training (including Crew/Cockpit Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and other grounding or pre-deployment requirements) with schedulers, administer classes, evaluations, and exams. Track upgrade/continuation training accomplishments daily and verify personnel and ancillary training requirements weekly via gradebook checks. Provide weekly reports to squadron leadership with upgrade/continuation training status summaries and personnel flight and readiness status. Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling. Coordinate with the scheduling officer to maximize training opportunities. Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training. Prepare and provide flying training products which may include, but are not limited to: AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet, training aids, monthly aircrew qualification level summary, copy of in-work and final documents, monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) reports, RAP inputs, monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status, and Grade Book report. Minimum Qualifications: Secret Security Clearance. 2 years of experience working in a squadron (CAF FS/USAFWC/ASOS), group, or wing training program OR 5 years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing training program. 2 years of experience using PEX (FS) or TACTICS (ASOS) or similar scheduling program. 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
