Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio * Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements * Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, lenders, and investors * Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity * Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 2+ years of experience in Property Accounting, preferably in commercial real estate * Proficiency in Yardi software * CPA preferred, but not required
