Job Details

Pre-Construction

Maintain customer relationships and train Assistant PMs Review estimates, value engineering, and finalize contracts Purchase materials, equipment, and subcontractors; write contracts/POs Lead construction plan meetings and develop project schedules Manage project documentation (plans, specs, submittals, RFIs) Set up project budgets, cost codes, and manpower requirements Build relationships with project team, stakeholders, and vendors

Construction Phase

Manage subcontractors and coordinate project activities Monitor budgets, labor costs, and equipment delivery schedules Update project schedules monthly and conduct quality inspections Process change orders and RFIs Submit invoices and follow up on payments Document delays, changes, and maintain project records

Project Closeout

Prepare closeout schedule and final pay applications Coordinate punch list completion with project team Collect required closeout documents from subs/suppliers Schedule final inspections, equipment start-up, and owner training Prepare O&M manuals and as-built documentation Complete warranty documentation and closeout reports
