Job Details

Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. 2. Manage and administer trusts and estates, ensuring that all fiduciary duties are met. 3. Assist clients with property tax matters, including the preparation of property tax returns and the resolution of property tax disputes. 4. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning and trust law. 5. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure that clients' estate planning needs are met. 6. Provide representation to clients in probate court proceedings. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on their estate planning matters. 8. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's estate planning and trust practice.

Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust law. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Proven experience in managing and administering trusts and estates. 5. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, trust law, and property tax matters. 6. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters efficiently and effectively. 9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. 10. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
