Job Details
RN Complex Care Management:
* Monday - Friday * Outpatient/Ambulatory setting * Seeking an RN with 3 or more years related clinical experience in Ambulatory, Outpatient Clinic, Community Health, Home Health, or related * Bilingual Spanish Required * Active MA LPN or RN License * Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
