Job Description: Articul8 AI is seeking an experienced Product/Software Engineer-Infrastructure to help shape the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and building scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and reliability of our GenAI products and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate, optimize, and grow will be essential. This role provides exciting opportunities to work with both internal teams and external partners to advance enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain our cloud infrastructure focusing on high availability, low latency, and cost efficiency. Create automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Serve as an infrastructure expert for designing new products and integrating new technologies. Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure infrastructure supports product features and performance goals. Implement security measures to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities. Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement optimizations. Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and mentor junior engineers. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), configuration management tools, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), programming skills (Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby), and CI/CD pipelines. Masters or PhD in a related technical field. Professional Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions development. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Effective project management and prioritization abilities. Critical thinking and skepticism in evaluating data and methodologies. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
