Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Mandated Requirements :
* Board Certified in Family Medicine or internal medicine - REQUIRED * PA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED * DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED * Clean malpractice/license - REQUIRED * Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRE * State License - Pennsylvania (PA)
Compensation and benefits :
* Salary range $265,000-$280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
* Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - 27 days/year
* Student Loan Forgiveness Program * Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability * Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc. up to $1,500/year * $3,000 towards CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid * 403(b) with a company match up to 10% * Professional Liability Insurance with tail
