About the Role As a Program Coordinator II on our Electric Vehicle Promotion (EV-P) team, you will
work with community members to provide personalized 1
-on-
1 assistance and
support throughout the journey of purchasing/leasing an electric vehicle.
The team offers EV
purchasing
assistance
to priority community members to encourage EV adoption and access to financial incentives. This part-time, temporary opening is currently funded through
September 30th, 2025 .

. Scheduling phone
calls
and in-person meetings to apply for incentives before the deadline. Manag
ing
confidential information and support
ing
in
the
creat
ion of personal
budgets to buy an E
lectric
V
ehicle
. Provid
ing
personalized
assistance
for community members enrolled in the EV Purchase Guidance Program.
Use HubSpot and other software to track participant status in the car buying process as well as applications for rebates and incentives. Support
ing
EV Purchase Guidance program participants in staying connected through communication tools, discussion groups, and event volunteerism. Program Deliverables, reporting, and evaluation, Track
ing
and report
ing
program data accurately and
in a timely manner
. Provid
ing
input in team settings on program evaluation,
design
and implementation.
What We're Looking For Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Outreach experience in priority communities,
i.e.
census designated Low Income and Disadvantaged Communities. Commitment to climate action and environmental justice principles. Capacity
to
thrive in a team environment while also being a self-starter
. Confidence and willingness
to
in
i
tiate
communications with others
. Strong communication
and organizational skills. Proficient in MS office products
, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications Experience
enrolling others into taking action through sales, community outreach or customer service. Familiarity with
electric vehicles
, charging options, the EV marketplace, and relevant financial incentives in California
. Experience volunteering or working with volunteers in community outreach settings.
