Division. Mission
RINA Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer to produce and implement software solutions in the aerospace and defence framework. You will work with the client as a developer. The aim of the activity will be to support the team in the realization of a noise filter using AI technologies. Key Accountabilities
You will: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and implementation plans. Testing and Deployment: Write automated tests to ensure the quality of applications and enhance test coverage. Debug the implemented application software. Support the V&V team during testing and validation activities for defect analysis. Analyze and solve detected problems, implementing the needed corrections. Documentation: Document software requirements, design decisions, APIs, and implementation details. Maintain technical documentation and diagrams related to the software applications. Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed. Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify and propose improvements to existing software applications and development processes. Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Qualifications
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as C/C++, Python. - Experience with desktop application development frameworks (e.g., MS Visual Studio). - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., Algorithms, Training data). - Knowledge of requirements management and design tools (e.g., UML-based tools). - Understanding of software engineering life cycle and development best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience in software embedded development (Optional). - Knowledge in model-based design development (e.g., Simulink).
