CP&P is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual

Office Administrator

to support daily operations at our

Denver, NC

precast plant. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, including processing accounts payable, supporting HR and payroll functions, entering production data, and maintaining organized records. You'll also play a key role in ensuring clear and consistent communication between the office and plant teams.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

to effectively support our diverse workforce.

What You'll Do: •Process accounts payable and ensure timely, accurate payment of invoices •Approve payroll for hourly and temporary employees •Administer and coordinate HR functions, including new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment •Maintain facility attendance records and ensure compliance with timekeeping policies •Enter and validate daily production data using Titan software •Run reports for facility management, including production and schedule compliance reports •Submit customer return documentation for accounting credit •Provide support for month-end accounting and reporting •Support the facility manager, supervisors, and other departments with administrative tasks •Translate conversations and documents between English and Spanish as needed

What You Bring: •Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting •Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Titan software is a plus •A collaborative attitude and willingness to cross-train and support other departments

What You Need: •A high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred •At least two (2) years of experience in office administration •U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer •A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Typical Schedule: •Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload •Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods •Occasional travel may be required during training or for inventory support

Physical Demands: •Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping •Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) •Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)

Work Environment: •Work is performed in an office environment with conditioned air and fluorescent lighting •May occasionally enter the production environment, with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting •Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in all production areas
